1. About

These Terms govern your use of the Gemini to Obsidian browser extension (the "Extension"), provided by Terry Ting, an independent developer in Taiwan. By installing, using, or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms.

2. License

The free version is available to everyone. Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the Pro features for the duration of your plan. Your license key is for your own use — please do not share, resell, or publish it.

3. Payments

Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase through Gumroad with no recurring subscription. The price, applicable taxes and delivery details shown at checkout apply to your purchase. See our Refund Policy.

License delivery and compatibility

Your Gumroad purchase includes the extension ZIP, installation instructions and a personal license key. Install version 1.0.2 or later and paste your key in Settings to activate Pro. Activation and periodic license checks require internet access. Previously verified licenses have an offline grace period of up to seven days. Refunded or invalid licenses cannot unlock Pro.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, misuse, or use the Extension for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to bypass the license check.

5. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It reads content from Google Gemini web pages; we do not control Google or Gemini and are not responsible if their changes affect the Extension's functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terry Ting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
