If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to Lifetime Pro purchases.

How to request a refund

Email TerryTing991@gmail.com from the email address used for the purchase and include your Gumroad receipt or order reference. Approved refunds are processed through the payment platform associated with your order. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment method and payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding, sharing license keys publicly, or violating the Terms of Service. Because the product is digital, no physical return is required.

After a refund

A refunded purchase no longer grants access to Pro. The extension returns to the free plan when the refund is detected during license verification. Offline cached access may take longer to expire. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.
