開始使用

您可以在 App 中選擇既有錄音檔，或在「語音備忘錄」開啟錄音後，使用「分享」→「繁字逐字稿」。支援 m4a、mp3、wav、aac、caf 等音訊格式，單一錄音最長 5 小時。確認私密雲端資料處理同意與點數預估後，即可在有網路連線時於首頁點選「產生逐字稿及摘要」，選擇摘要段落後開始處理。完成後可在逐字稿歷史紀錄中檢查文字並播放對應錄音。AI 結果可能包含錯誤，重要姓名、數字與內容請與原始錄音核對。

下方提供中文與英文 M4A 錄音檔各一段，供 Apple App Review 與功能測試使用。下載並儲存至「檔案」後，在繁字逐字稿首頁選取錄音檔即可測試逐字稿與摘要功能。測試英文錄音前，請先至「設定 › 語言」切換為 English。

提升逐字稿品質

逐字稿品質會受到原始錄音的清晰度、背景噪音、收音距離、說話音量及多人同時發言等因素影響。清楚且干擾較少的錄音通常能獲得較佳結果。開始前可將人名、組織、單位及專有名詞加入「常用詞彙」。處理後可逐句檢查與修正，後續摘要及匯出會使用修正後的內容。

查找過往逐字稿

開啟逐字稿歷史紀錄，使用月曆按鈕依日期篩選。有逐字稿的日期可供選擇，沒有逐字稿的日期會顯示為灰色。選擇「顯示全部」可清除日期篩選。紀錄會依裝置本地月曆中的建立日期分組。

摘要

摘要免費，每次製作逐字稿時會自動一併產生。在首頁點選「產生逐字稿及摘要」，於開啟的選擇面板勾選摘要段落：重點摘要、前次會議決議辦理情形、報告事項、討論事項、決議事項、臨時動議、待辦事項或時間軸。預設全選 8 個段落，至少須選擇一個；選擇會保留供下次使用。完成後會先開啟摘要，可用右上角按鈕切換至逐字稿。日後可從逐字稿開啟摘要；若摘要失敗，可在摘要畫面點選「重新產生摘要（免費）」。舊逐字稿若尚無摘要，請開啟逐字稿並點選「產生摘要（免費）」。

匯出內容

開啟逐字稿或摘要並使用匯出選單，再於 iOS 分享選單中選擇目的位置。逐字稿可匯出為純文字、Markdown、Word、PDF 或 SRT 字幕；摘要可匯出為純文字、Markdown、Word 或 PDF。匯出檔案會在裝置上建立，並包含您對逐字稿所做的修正。

逐字稿點數計算

繁字逐字稿使用消耗型點數，沒有月租或訂閱。點數僅用於逐字稿，摘要免費。每 1 點可處理 1 分鐘錄音檔，單檔最低 1 點；超過 1 分鐘後只計完整分鐘，例如 10 分 40 秒扣 10 點。處理失敗不扣點，或由系統自動退還。可在 App 內查看目前提供的點數方案及實際售價。

製作部分逐字稿

若點數不足以處理完整錄音，但餘額大於 0，App 會提供只處理錄音開頭部分內容的選項，並一併產生免費摘要。您可用步進控制以 5 分鐘為單位調整，最高不超過目前點數可負擔的長度。完成後會清楚標示這是部分逐字稿，並顯示原始錄音長度。

試用點數

符合資格的新用戶在同意資料處理後可獲得 60 點試用點數，用於製作逐字稿，每台裝置限領一次，且不需要評分或評論。Apple DeviceCheck 用於防止重複領取。完成逐字稿或摘要不會再額外贈送試用點數。

處理時間較長

請先確認網路連線及 App 顯示的處理狀態。較長的錄音與服務排隊可能需要更多時間；工作仍在處理時，請勿重複送出同一檔案。若工作長時間停留在同一階段或顯示錯誤，請聯絡支援並提供處理階段、約略開始時間及錄音長度。

購買或餘額異常

請確認 Apple 已完成交易，並重新連接網路，讓 App 驗證購買。點數屬於 App 建立的匿名帳號；消耗型購買不保證能還原至新帳號，也無法假定可移轉至其他裝置。請勿為排除餘額問題而刪除帳號。若餘額仍不正確，請聯絡支援；App Store 退款申請由 Apple 處理。

管理同意與刪除資料

您可在「設定」撤回 AI 資料處理同意，撤回後仍可查看或匯出既有內容。在逐字稿歷史紀錄中長按項目，可刪除該筆逐字稿、摘要與相關錄音。若要移除匿名帳號、私密雲端內容、本機錄音及剩餘點數，請在「設定」選擇「刪除帳號與所有資料」；請先等待進行中的工作完成。刪除後無法復原，已匯出至其他 App 的副本須另外刪除。

For transcription issues, include the audio format, duration, and processing stage. For credit issues, include the product and purchase date. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or confidential recordings.

Get Started

First, review the welcome screen’s disclosure of the data shared with OpenAI, Modal, and Google Firebase / Google Cloud. You can read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before tapping “I Agree and Start.” Then, on Home, tap Choose a Recording and pick an audio file from Files, or open a recording in Voice Memos and tap Share → AccuScribe. Supported formats are m4a, mp3, wav, aac, and caf, up to five hours long. Review the credit estimate, then tap “Create Transcript & Summary” and choose summary sections in the sheet. An internet connection is required. Open the finished item on the Transcripts tab to read the text and play back the recording. Transcripts can contain mistakes; check names, numbers, and important details against the original audio.

Improve Recognition

AccuScribe recognizes both American and British English and keeps each speaker's spelling. For the best results, use a clear recording with little background noise, keep the microphone close to the speakers, and avoid people talking over each other where possible. Before transcribing, add names, companies, products, and acronyms to Vocabulary so they are spelled correctly. After processing, you can touch and hold any line to correct it; summaries and exports use your corrected text.

Find a Previous Transcript

On the Transcripts tab, tap the calendar button to filter by date. Darker dates have transcripts; lighter dates have none. Tap Show All to clear the filter. Transcripts are grouped by the date they were created on your device.

Summaries

Summaries are free and created automatically with every transcript. On Home, tap “Create Transcript & Summary,” then choose summary sections in the sheet: Overview, Matters Arising, Reports, Discussion, Decisions, Other Business, Action Items, or Timeline. All 8 sections are selected by default; at least one is required, and your choice is remembered for next time. When processing finishes, the summary opens first; use the button at the top right to switch to the transcript. To view the summary later, open it from its transcript. If a summary fails, tap “Try Again (Free)” on the summary screen. For an older transcript without a summary, open the transcript and tap “Create Summary (Free).” Tap any timeline point in a summary to jump back to that moment in the transcript.

Export Your Work

Open a transcript or summary, tap the export button, and choose a destination in the share sheet. Transcripts can be exported as plain text, Markdown, Word, PDF, or SRT subtitles. Summaries can be exported as plain text, Markdown, Word, or PDF. Exports are created on your device and include your corrections.

How Credits Work

AccuScribe uses consumable credits with no subscription. Credits are used only for transcripts; summaries are free. A transcript costs 1 credit per whole minute of each recording, with a minimum of 1 credit; for example, 10 minutes 40 seconds costs 10 credits. If processing fails, you are not charged, or the credits are refunded automatically. Current packs and prices are shown on the Credits tab.

Transcribe Part of a Recording

If your balance can't cover the whole recording but is above zero, Home offers to create a transcript and a free summary of just the first part. Adjust the length in five-minute steps, up to what your balance allows. Only the selected beginning is processed, and the finished transcript notes that it covers part of the recording and shows the original length.

Free Credits for New Users

Eligible new users may receive 60 credits for transcripts after accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The offer is limited to once per device and does not require a rating or review. Apple DeviceCheck helps prevent repeated claims. If the Credits tab says your welcome credits require verification, contact support; your existing credits remain available.

A Job Is Taking Longer Than Expected

Check your internet connection and the status shown in the app. Longer recordings and busy periods can take more time. Please don't submit the same file again while it is still processing. If a job stays stuck or shows an error, contact support with the processing stage, approximate start time, and recording length.

A Purchase or Balance Looks Wrong

Make sure Apple completed the purchase, then reconnect to the internet so the app can verify it; credits that don't appear right away are added the next time you open the app. Credits belong to the app's anonymous account and cannot be restored to a new account or moved to another device, so please don't delete your account to troubleshoot a balance. Contact support if the balance is still wrong. Apple handles App Store refund requests.

Manage Consent and Delete Data

You can withdraw consent at the bottom of Settings › About › Privacy Policy and still view or export existing content. Touch and hold a transcript to delete it along with its summary and recording. To remove your anonymous account, cloud content, recordings on the device, and remaining credits, choose Delete Account and All Data in Settings. Wait for active jobs to finish first. Deletion is permanent; copies you exported to other apps must be deleted separately.

使い始めるには

認識精度を高めるには

コエジは日本語の音声を認識し、句読点を整えた読みやすい文字起こしを作成します。より良い結果を得るには、背景雑音が少ない明瞭な録音を使用し、マイクを話者に近づけ、できるだけ複数の人が同時に話さないようにしてください。文字起こしを始める前に、名前、会社名、製品名、略語を「用語集」に追加すると、正しい表記に役立ちます。処理後は、各行を長押しして修正できます。要約と書き出しには、修正後のテキストを使用します。

過去の文字起こしを探すには

「文字起こし」タブでカレンダーボタンをタップすると、日付で絞り込めます。濃い色の日付には文字起こしがあり、薄い色の日付にはありません。すべて表示するボタンをタップすると、絞り込みを解除できます。文字起こしは、端末上で作成された日付ごとにまとめて表示します。

要約について

要約は無料で、文字起こしの作成時に毎回自動で作成されます。ホームで「文字起こしと要約を作成」をタップし、開いたシートで概要、前回決定事項の進捗、報告事項、討議事項、決定事項、その他の議題、アクションアイテム、タイムラインから項目を選択してください。初期状態では8項目すべてが選択されており、少なくとも1つの項目が必要です。選択内容は次回も引き継がれます。処理が完了すると要約が先に開き、右上のボタンで文字起こしに切り替えられます。後から要約を見るには、文字起こしから開いてください。要約に失敗した場合は、要約画面で「再試行（無料）」をタップできます。要約のない過去の文字起こしは、文字起こしを開いて「要約を作成（無料）」をタップしてください。要約のタイムライン上の項目をタップすると、文字起こしの該当する時点に移動できます。

内容を書き出すには

文字起こしまたは要約を開き、書き出しボタンをタップして、共有シートで保存先や共有先を選んでください。文字起こしはプレーンテキスト、Markdown、Word、PDF、SRT字幕として書き出せます。要約はプレーンテキスト、Markdown、Word、PDFとして書き出せます。書き出しファイルは端末上で作成し、お客様の修正内容を反映します。

ポイントの仕組み

コエジは消耗型のポイントを使用し、サブスクリプションはありません。ポイントは文字起こしにのみ使用し、要約は無料です。文字起こしは1ポイント＝1分で、録音ファイルごとに最低1ポイントが必要です。1分を超える場合は分未満を切り捨て、整数の分数で計算します。たとえば、10分40秒は10ポイントです。処理に失敗した場合はポイントを消費しないか、自動的に返還します。現在のポイントパックと価格は、「ポイント」タブで確認できます。

録音の一部を文字起こしするには

残高が録音全体の処理に足りなくても、0より多い場合は、ホームで冒頭部分のみの文字起こしと無料の要約を作成する選択肢が表示されます。残高で処理できる範囲で、長さを5分単位で調整できます。選択した冒頭部分のみを処理し、完成した文字起こしには、録音の一部であることと元の録音の長さを表示します。

新規ユーザー向けの無料ポイント

対象となる新規ユーザーは、プライバシーポリシーと利用規約への同意後に、文字起こし用の60ポイントを受け取れる場合があります。この特典は端末ごとに1回限りで、評価やレビューは必要ありません。Apple DeviceCheckを利用して、重複受け取りを防止します。「ポイント」タブに初回特典ポイントの確認が必要と表示された場合は、サポートにお問い合わせください。既存のポイントは引き続き使用できます。

処理に予想以上の時間がかかる場合

インターネット接続と、アプリに表示される処理状況をご確認ください。長い録音や混雑時には、時間がかかる場合があります。処理中に同じファイルを再送信しないでください。処理が進まない状態が続く場合やエラーが表示された場合は、処理段階、おおよその開始時刻、録音の長さを添えて、サポートにお問い合わせください。

購入や残高が正しくない場合

Appleで購入が完了していることを確認し、アプリで購入を検証できるよう、インターネットに再接続してください。すぐに反映されなかったポイントは、次にアプリを開いたときに追加されます。ポイントはアプリの匿名アカウントに紐づいており、新しいアカウントへの復元や別の端末への移行はできません。残高の問題を解決するためにアカウントを削除しないでください。残高が引き続き正しくない場合は、サポートにお問い合わせください。App Storeの返金申請は、Appleが対応します。

同意の管理とデータの削除

「設定 › アプリについて › プライバシーポリシー」の画面下部で同意を撤回できます。撤回後も、既存の内容の閲覧と書き出しはできます。文字起こしを長押しすると、要約と録音ファイルも含めて削除できます。匿名アカウント、クラウド上の内容、端末上の録音ファイル、残りのポイントを削除するには、「設定」で「アカウントとすべてのデータを削除」を選択してください。実行中の処理が完了してから削除してください。削除は元に戻せません。他のアプリに書き出したコピーは、別途削除する必要があります。
